Tomato World is a permanent exhibition which deals with the interest of the Dutch glasshouse horticulture. With a leading part for the most important taste, the tomato, a visit to the expo shows quickly how the horticulture contributes to prosperity, health and sustainability. Tomato World comprises a demo glasshouse of over 1.500 m2 for the permanent growth of 50 different races of tomatoes. The other 500 m2 is set up as a modern exposition and congres facility. It is equipped with a professional kitchen and state-of-the-arts computer and presentation devices.
